Here is the standard definition of eXolution:

the law of nature that the various types of animals and plants have their origin in the same preexisting types and that the distinguishable differences are due to perpetuation in successive generations”

Now, here is the standard definition of evolution (see The Standard Definition of Evolution):

a theory that the various types of animals and plants have their origin in other preexisting types and that the distinguishable differences are due to modifications in successive generations”

Here are the essential differences between “The Law of eXolution” and “The Theory of Evolution”

Essential Differences

The Law of eXolution

The Theory of Evolution

This is a law, not a theory.  A law is proven and irrefutable.

This is claimed to be a theory, which is, of course, inferior to a law anyway.  A theory is unproven and refutable.

The various types of animals and plants have their origin in the same preexisting types.

The various types of animals and plants have their origin in different preexisting types.

Distinguishable differences are due to perpetuation in successive generations.

Distinguishable differences are due to modifications in successive generations.

The Law of eXolution is observed in nature every day by the entire human race.

The Theory of Evolution has never been observed in nature by anyone.

You are allowed to be or to not be a creationist.  The Theory of eXolution does not prove creationism but does allow the possibility of proving creationism.  The Theory of eXolution defends freedom of belief and freedom of speech.

You are not permitted to be a creationist.  The Theory of Evolution does not disprove creationism but it does contradict creationism.  The Theory of Evolution attacks freedom of belief and freedom of speech.
