The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Now, the part we are interested in today is this:

Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press….

Now, note that pornography is not speech; therefore, this part of the First Amendment does not protect pornography.  This part of the First Amendment does not permit people to publish pornography.  Well, that leaves the following:

Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom…of the press….

Well, at first glance, it would seem that the press could print anything it wants but, of course, we know that is not true.  For example, there are laws that prohibit the press from printing lies that destroy the reputations of people.  The point here is that the First Amendment does not exist in a vacuum.  IT IS CIRCUMSCRIBED (LIMITED) IN ITS APPLICATION BY OTHER LAWS.

That leads us to the question “What law or laws allow the First Amendment to permit the publication of pornography?”  The answer is a resounding “There are no law or laws that permit the publication of pornography.”  How, then, did a past Supreme Court decide that pornography is protected by the First Amendment?

How did they decide?  THEY LET FEAR DECIDE.  Their FEAR was that, if they did not allow pornography to be protected, there would be no way for GOOD CONTENT to be protected.  Now, before we proceed, note what Job said in the Bible in the first part of Job 32:9:

Great men are not always wise….

Our point is that, great as Supreme Court Justices are, they are NOT ALWAYS WISE and, when it comes to the decision of a past Supreme Court to allow pornography to be published, THEY WERE NOT WISE.  Now, why were they NOT WISE?  They did not know that pornography is not just an evil but that:

PORNOGRAPHY IS A SUPER EVIL!

Pornography has a billion times more power to lead people into sin and crime than any other evil.

As soon as we have the opportunity, we will be expanding on this point (we have a million pages of documentation from the Bible, history, psychology, psychiatry, anthropology, sociology, etc., etc.).  The key thing to note right now is this:

SINCE PORNOGRAPHY IS A SUPER EVIL, NONPROTECTION OF PORNOGRAPHY WOULD NOT JEOPARDIZE THE PROTECTION OF GOOD CONTENT!

We will explain.  Pornography as a super evil could only jeopardize SUPER GOOD but ONLY AN IDIOT OR A MADMAN WOULD OPPOSE THE PROTECTION OF SUPER GOOD.  WHY?

THIS SUPER GOOD IS MARRIAGE!

Finally:

WE NOW HAVE THE ETHICAL FOUNDATION FOR ABOLISHING PORNOGRAPHY’S CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTION!  SPREAD THE WORD!  IT’S TIME TO RESTORE DECENCY AND WISDOM TO AMERICA!
