This is a tricky question; that is, it seems like an easy question to answer but it isnít.First, let us make one thing clear:ONE MUST NEVER TAKE A CHANCE ON DOING EVIL!ONE MUST ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THEY DO GOOD!

HOWEVER, when having to decide what is the ďBEST good,Ē that is another question. There are situations where one must decide to do what they are not sure is the best thing to do, though they must be sure it is a good thing to do.For example, in an emergency situation you do not necessarily have time to get all the facts needed to make the best decision. The following is a true story:

A little boy needed to be rescued from a burning house.Firemen did not know the best way to rescue the boy but time was running out. They had to make a decision based on what they knew. They knew the back of the house was burning hotter and faster than the front of the house. What they didnít know was that the little boy was in the back of the house. They crashed through the front door and the front windows of the house and searched all the rooms until they found the little boy.The little boy was rescued.

Had the firemen known the little boy was in the back of the house, they would have entered through the back of the house and reached him more quickly but had they waited until they had obtained this information the little boy would have been lost.Sometimes, you might have to make decisions that you CANNOT POSSIBLY PROVE are the best decisions!
