BIBLE VERSION “NESTED POSITION”
KJV FINAL AUTHORITY (KJVA)

Note that a “nested position” is “a position that is
used to build another position.” In
this case, our BIBLE
VERSION POSITION is built upon the “KJV Final Authority”
position.
The “KJV Final Authority” position does
NOT rule out “subsidiary translations” of the Bible. Subsidiary translations are like low-level judges while
the King James Bible is like a Justice of the Supreme Court. In other words, any conflict between
translations is resolved by the King James Bible. In addition, the KJV Final Authority position requires that the
King James Bible must be understood in the light of the 1611 – 1679 English
Dictionary. For example, the word
“hope” in modern English means “the emotion evoked by the possibility of
good.” However, in the 1611 – 1679
English Dictionary, the word “hope” means “confident expectation.” Finally, the KJV Final Authority position is
referred to by the abbreviation “KJVA.”
