Question #1502: About sex, what is the difference between a slip and a swamp?

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Answer: First, slips and swamps are not limited to sexual motivations; for example, they can occur with greed motivations, violence motivations, etc, etc.  Here are the definitions of “slip” and “swamp”:

slip: a brief (around one-second long), evil automatism (self-uninitiated, not-physically-externally-initiated act)

swamp: a process, that one has the power to abort (stop), of moving toward a state in which a slip will occur
