AKA “THE RISE OF ‘DIVINELY DIRECTED RATIONALISM’”

On Monday, May 18, 2009 we clarified certain portions of this article.

This article explains very briefly the essence of all anti KJV statements and opposition.  “Anti-KJV-ites” rely on “expert opinion.”  Expert opinion is “the opinion of people who are extraordinarily knowledgeable and practiced in a certain field of study or interest.”  Expert opinion does carry a certain amount of weight.  However, expert opinion is NOT infallible.  No expert opinion is infallible.  As a result, expert opinion CANNOT prove or disprove that any original language text of the Bible or any translation of the Bible in any language is or is not the “message of God.”  So, the next time someone corrects you with words like “Doctor so-and-so says that is not true” or “Doctor so-and-so disproved that a long time ago” remember that they are NOT providing proof; they are providing OPINION.

Now, expert opinion does have its uses.  God does use expert opinion.  One way in which he uses expert opinion is to refute the teachings, ideologies, doctrines, philosophies, principles, and practices of those who have INSUFFICIENT FAITH OR NO FAITH AT ALL.  Such people must be opposed with the “divinely directed rationalism of expert opinion.”  Notice that we said “divinely directed rationalism.”

Also, note that the Lord’s use of “expert opinion” is a possible reason that not all Christians are immediately persuaded to become “KJV-ites.”  More on that point later.  Of course, the Lord does NOT need any Christian to be an anti-KJV-ite.

Now, though the “Anti KJV Empire” has fallen, it has only fallen in the spiritual realm.  In the temporal realm, the realm of human interaction, an “illusory Anti KJV Empire” still exists and it is God’s will that it continue to exist.  God uses this ILLUSORY, spiritual and intellectual empire to accomplish certain, crucial goals and objectives.  But always remember that we must still oppose this empire.  The Empire has fallen but the Illusory Empire persists and will persist and must persist, though, seemingly paradoxically, we must oppose this Illusory Empire.

Because of the need and responsibility to oppose the Illusory Empire and because of the need for the Illusory Empire to be kept under God’s dominion, we at the L. F. Nexus have studied for decades, over those decades have developed new tools for defending the Bible and the truths of God, and in the next few years will be releasing “mountains of data and information” to refute and hold at bay the Empire’s “satanically directed rationalism,” which is rampant in the world.
