Modesty is public
clothedness. Clothedness is the state of
being clothed from the neck down.
Something is public when it involves two people that are not married or
when it involves more than two people.
A woman giving birth aided by one or more woman medical professionals is
also not a public thing. Immodesty
(lack of modesty) is a sin.
Tight clothing is a sin.
